AI Chat Assistant and Chatbase

We use an AI-powered assistant provided through Chatbase to answer questions about our books and website. When you use it, Chatbase and its service providers process your messages, generated replies, submitted feedback, and related technical information, such as IP address, country, timestamps, and conversation identifiers.

We can review conversations and feedback to respond to questions and improve the assistant. Although the assistant does not currently use a lead-collection form, any personal information you voluntarily type into a message becomes part of that conversation. Using the assistant does not automatically subscribe you to our mailing list.

If you choose voice-to-text dictation, your voice input is processed to produce text. You can review and edit the transcript before sending it as a chat message. Microphone access is controlled through your browser or device settings.

Please do not share passwords, payment-card details, sensitive personal information, or personal information about children with the assistant. The assistant is intended for adults. Its responses are generated by AI and may be inaccurate.

Chatbase processes conversation data on our behalf and uses service providers to deliver its service. Its published policies describe storage of customer data in the United States.
